The Demon Tales Are Back!!

I am so happy to tell you that Deadly Slumber, the NEW first book in the Demon Tales Series will be release in October. (Deadly Slumber is a re-release of Sleeping Beauty and the Damned Demon. After this book the Demon Tales will be ALL NEW stories, never read before.)

The Demon Tales have had a shake up, a rejig, and been given a whole new, shiny look! I did this because I felt they needed a polish, and I believe a new era needs a new look!

My writing has grown and evolved since I wrote Beauty and the Beast seven years ago, and I wanted to breathe some fresh air into their stories. So, while you may not see all the characters you once read about yet--you will, but they will have fresh books! (All coming soon.)

Thank you for waiting so patiently for the Demons to return. I will be eternally grateful to all who read the original series. I hope you enjoy my changes.

If you are a new reader, Hi! ;-)

My Demon Tales are sexy, dark and twisted versions of recognizable fairy tales. They are full of action, intrigue and HOT SEXY males. My females are strong and forceful – not meek and defenseless. And I hope you learn to love them as much as I do.

I hope you enjoy Deadly Slumber.

Much love.

Meet Grayson Montgomery from Then Came You by Marianne Rice

Marianne Rice would like to introduce you to architect and heir to the Buchanan Fashion empire Grayson Montgomery, from her new book Then Came You:

1.    What is your greatest fear?
That I won’t be able to find my true self. I’ve lived so long being the person others wanted me to be. I’m working hard to step out from the pressure of my family and discover myself, my desires, my new goals.
2.    What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
I wish I could stand up to my grandmother. She’s the matriarch of our family and for my entire life I’ve watched her employees and my parents bow to her. I’ve watched her mentally and emotionally abuse my mother and have become the emotionless robot she wanted me to be. It never bothered me before, or maybe I never noticed before…Thyme.
3.    What is your greatest extravagance?
*smirks* My private jet. It was only used for business until I met Thyme.
4.    What is your current state of mind?
Ha! My mind was career focused until I met Thyme and Maddie. Now I can’t think straight and find myself smiling and laughing when I should be crunching numbers or designing my next building.
5.    What do you most dislike about your appearance?
I wish I was more comfortable in my skin. Being wealthy never used to be a fault. Until I met Thyme. I never used to smile much but can’t help myself these days. It’s a big improvement. I’m sure Thyme will tell you the same.
6.    When and where were you happiest?
*A smile as big as his jet plane lights up his face* When I’m with Thyme and my newly discovered daughter, Maddie.

Now the truth is out, her secrets discovered and finally she shared all her pain, never to have imagined the one man who showed her true care and affection is the father to her first child. She loves him, only Calvin resents her. How could she ever say sorry?

Excerpt:

“I don’t hate you…I would never hate you. I just wish you had come to me, I would’ve helped you. I would certainly not have seen you out on the street or allowed you to have him adopted.”
“Calvin, please don’t.” Her eyes filled with tears. Her heart ached to his kindness that she really didn’t deserve.
“I want to be here to support you and Kacey.”
Sophie snapped her head to glare at him. “She isn’t yours.” He stared back at her horrified. His lips pressed firmly together, eyes peering harshly at her. She swallowed heavily and could feel her heart being ripped out of her chest. “Sorry,” she managed to say feeling larger knots in her tummy.
“I just want to help you.”
  “You don’t need to.”
  “I want to. Regardless!”
  With that, Calvin stood.
She watched him walk away, heading toward the main building indecisive if to chase after him to explain. So fed-up of allowing her mouth to run away with her, but the truth was Kacey wasn’t his to worry about.
Sophie allowed him to go. She hitched her breath, aching in every limb.
